I highly recommend MIA Property Boutique. I moved to Spain last year from the UK - I don't speak Spanish. Mary and her team were fantastic... they found a great property at the correct money... which was great... but, it was the service that was truly fantastic. Mary has great contacts who sorted out my NIE and a Spanish bank account. Mary's staff sorted my broadband, electricity, water and drinking water accounts... The whole process was seamless. This is the first time that I have paid for the services of a property agent and have been absolutely delighted. Since moving to Spain Mary and her team have always been there to assist me. Within the office the staff must speak a total of 7 or 8 languages. I struck gold here!!!

We could not recommend MIA more highly

MIA Property Boutique is a fantastic real estate firm. We live in the US and were struggling with locating a rental property in Alicante to rent for a year. It is much more difficult to navigate the rental market in Spain than it is in the US. For example, in Alicante you cannot log onto a central website and pull down all rentals. Instead, people that rent properties usually have exclusive arrangements with brokers, and so you have to go to each broker's website separately to see what they have (or claim to have) in their inventory.

We contacted several real estate firms and were extremely fortunate to have reached out to to MIA. Mary Arro and her team helped us locate a great rental property. She contacted other firms and third-parties and was able to find several listings that were not even on their websites. In contrast, other firms we encountered did not follow through to the same extent with our inquiries and were not nearly as helpful. Also, MIA was extremely responsive, thorough, and very focused on helping us find what made sense to us--as opposed to finding what might generate the biggest commission to MIA. We could not recommend MIA more highly.
