Russians invested on average 678.424€ in Costa Blanca properties in 2013
According to a recent report from fotocasa on foreign investment in Spanish property in 2013, foreigners invested on average 381,000€ in the Spanish property market.
Russians almost doubled this figure with an average investment of 678.424€ , tending to invest in properties that meet the Spanish Governments «Golden Visa» criteria of 500,000€.
The Costa Blanca (the costal region around Alicante) was most in demand, with Russians spending on average 638.077€ mainly on luxury houses with an average of 462 m².
