On a corner of the house we find the swimming pool, of generous size and in good position which will always have the sun.  In addition the property counts with central gas heating and air conditioning.

The bungalow has been very well maintained however some features might be a bit outdated and need a bit of a touch up like the paint on exterior windows and the garage door.
