Our recent research of trending Google search terms relating to the Spanish property sector has revealed that in January 2015 there has been a surge of searches for Buy Property Spain<\/strong>\u00a0initiated from the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Comparing the graph\u00a0to previous years, the level of interest supersedes that of the preceding\u00a06 years.<\/p>\n

If we look closer at the data the majority of searches originate in 3\u00a0major British cities – London, Manchester and Birmingham. \u00a0Searches also originate from Dublin in the Republic of Ireland and from Madrid in Spain.
