Have you ever dreamed of house with charm and stories to tell? Sitting on a prairie of Busot, with mountain views peace and privacy, we find this 1948 home in perfect condition, spacious with wooden beams and shutter doors in all the windows, like out of a book, this home will be your own story to star in. Situated in Pla Lloma, Busot, in an international community, this home is only a 20 minutes’ walk to the colonial town of Busot, 10 minutes away by car to the famous Beach of Campello, where restaurants and other amenities can be found and 20 minutes away from Alicante city and the Airport, Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away and the town of Alcoy, too. This home presents 4 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom comes with its own ensuite, all the bedrooms have high ceilings and shutter windows, there are 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. In the front of house we find a lovely double wooden entrance door, which is original to the house. This house was once upon a time the matriarch house of a big family, when all of them used to live in nearby homes! With a mature garden, different room styles and a garage that its every man’s dreams! This house is now waiting for you! Located on the Prairie of Busot, near the bus stop and the police station, within 10 minute walk to the mountain town of Busot, where Fiestas, restaurants and market are. To go to Campello beach is only a ten minute drive. Alicante city and the European school are only 15 minutes drive away! the Airport is only 20 minutes! This house is presented in two levels; each level has an independent home, which internally connects through gracious stairs with iron bars. When entering the ground level, we find a lovely salon/dinner with beautiful views to the garden through tall arched windows. The floor is tiled with terracotta gives a warm atmosphere to the place, this colonial style goes in contrast to the modern airy and light kitchen, with glass walls, modern appliances, including an island with an industrial hob in addition to fitted kitchen units and black marble work top. Continuing to the right of the house, we find another lounge, with a chimney and walls decorated with Andalucía’s tiles, there is art every where in this room with antique pieces that can be negotiate with the price; This area is ideal for your afternoon tea.
