One enters the apartment through a tiled hall with a feature mirror wall. Off the hall is a generous sized L-shaped kitchen with granite worktops. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob with extractor hood and built-in microwave oven. Beside the kitchen there is a utility room which houses the gas boiler - this provides central heating via radiators throughout the apartment.

The sizable sitting room has two exits to the balcony. There are some tastefully fitted display cabinets providing plenty of storage space for books, ornaments etc.

The main double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a fully-enclosed shower and vanity sink. The fitted wardrobes are French style with gliding door feature.
