La ciudad de Alicante está también a 15 minutos en coche y la ciudad turística de Campello a solo 5 minutos.

La propiedad presenta 5 dormitorios, todos espaciosos con armarios empotrados, dos de ellos con su propia terraza con vistas a la piscina y jardines. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño con jacuzzi. Una de las habitaciones está en la planta baja. El Salón/ comedor tiene una chimenea y acceso a la piscina y a los jardines, hay una cocina equipada con electrodomésticos y una terraza con porche con vistas a la piscina. La casa también alberga un sótano donde encontramos otro salón con chimenea, ideal para esconderse de esos calurosos días de verano, hay un cuarto de almacenamiento, gimnasio, galleria,  piscina, cocina de verano y jardines alrededor. Además la casa cuenta con aire acondicionado, alarmas y espacio para  aparcar varios coches.

The Chalet hosts an open fire lounge and dining room with double doors leading to the pool area and well maintained gardens. There are three beautiful decorated double bedrooms, the main bedroom with en suite and air conditioning, a family toilet and a completed linen set, including fresh towels.

The property is located in the middle of a well looked after mature garden with fruit trees, terraces and patios. With access from the lounge and the kitchen, the blue swimming pool can be found with lounge chairs and a diving board.

Next to the pool there is a convenient outside toilette/ shower room, a brick barbecue area, for cooking those tasty paellas or wood barbacues, a cooker and a large freezer to keep those cools drinks and ice.

The property also boast a bodega (wine cellar) under the pool area, a place to cool down for those summer afternoons, with table, chairs and a bar, (currently under repair).

The house is 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities, 5 minutes drive from the touristic fishing town of Campello, 15 minutes’ drive to the Alicante city and 20 minutes to the nearest international airport.  Because of its close proximity to the motorway, it is also easy and fast to reach most bilingual schools and companies.

This is the ideal place for those looking for a place to stay and get to know the areas in Alicante without having the inconvenience of being in a hotel, the lovely chalet gives the first taste of what is like to live in Alicante.
