Having lived and worked in three different continents, Mary’s eye for aesthetic & culture coupled with intimate knowledge of Expat communities, investors as well as schools gives her the right key to be a good negotiator and marketing manager, her skills are a tremendous assets for the client, whether they are first time buyers or investors looking to try in Spain, Mary never stops trying to exceed customer satisfaction and for her every customer is unique.

Mary has 5 years working experience for the American cruise industry, Carnival Cruise Lines, as a 2nd Purser Officer. She also has 12 years’ working experience in the UK property market, where in her last Job, for The Guinness Trust, she oversaw the sale, remortgage and lease management for over hundreds of properties in the East Anglia area, at one point managing more than 800 properties. She has a bachelor in the hotel tourist Industry Lima, Peru. She is a former Leasehold Management Officer for the UK government and during her stay in Spain, she completed an IMBA at Fundesen Business School. While assessing others in their business expansion, she noticed the niche for a good and executive estate agent with a European manner, she joined talents with Martin Wells who happens to share the same vision.
